I had to call and ask to speak to the manager. I had to let them know how happy I was with the service I received! Taryn calmed me on the phone and told me she had a technician available to come right out and check on my water heater that was flooding my basement. Professional work from the moment they walked in. Everything was clearly explained before work was done, and the guys solved the heating issues on our gas furnace with ease. We had been going a few weeks without heat and decided to give New Era a call, and we’re glad we did. They were able to work around my schedule and were courteous to our home.
