I needed a hot water boiler and the kitchen line that goes to to the sewer and the washing machine water that was being pushed back to the kitchen changed or fixed. I called 128 plumbing and Giovanni showed up the same day to give me a quote. After assessing the situation I got a quote from them and was told that the work can start in the next couple of days. First, Jeff (the drain guy) showed up on time and tried to open up any blockages in the drain that pushed water in the sewer from kitchen and the washing machine but ultimately we found out that the sewer line in ground that connects to the main sewer is deteriorated and needs to be replaced as its been there since the house was built in 1939. Many water pipes were out of code and needed major fixing. After him Chandler and Stephen (the plumbers) showed up and told me how the work would be done. It was a full day and another half a day job. They made great recommendations and fixed things that were not even in the quotation. Both made sure the work will be done in timely manner and that we had access to the water as soon as possible. 128 pluming has a great team of people who know what they are doing and the communication by the company is spot on. I will definitely recommend 128 plumbing to anyone thats looking to get the work done in the right way and not trynna cut corners. There is a reason why these guys are rated 5 stars on google. The work is not cheap but you have heard you get what you pay for. Try them because you wont regret them. Thanks 128 for doing the job properly and putting me at ease.

If you want the job done right, these are the guys. I needed a full gas boiler and water tank replacement. I had no problem getting a hold of somebody and we got somebody out for an initial consultation immediately. From there the office staff were extremely professional in setting up appointments and completing all the paperwork with MassSave. We got on the installers schedule quickly and the installation team was super efficient. Izmir, Flori and Tony coordinated with the home office for additional support in delivering parts and doing demolition. They took extra time to explain the process and how the new system worked. The took care with my home and made sure to clean the work area thoroughly. We had a small drip after the installation but it was easy to get the team back to the property to tighten a few fittings.
