The Container Store Custom Closets - Natick

The Container Store is known for its quality organization solution for homeowners and businesses alike. But I'd like to thank several folks at the Framingham store that really helped to make mine a pleasant buying experience: Scott, who knew where to find exactly what I needed, and Rebecca who was a wizard at the register and was not at all daunted by a lengthy transaction. Both these folks were super helpful. The Container Store in Framingham shines brightly at a time where true customer service seems to be missing at many retail outlets I have visited lately.

If you're looking for a store with containers...well, you're in luck. :) In all seriousness, the store is organized, probably has what you're looking for (you don't go to a store like this unless you're looking for storage/organization solutions, and we'll, if they didn't have them they should probably reconsider the name), and the employees are typically really nice. I've always had a positive experience there.
