Christina Bamberger: Allstate Insurance

I've been with ALLSTATE INSURANCE for about 8 yrs now. At first I thought they were a little Expensive. However as time went by I realized that the services and professionalism they offered were FIRST CLASS versus the competition. Especially when it comes to CUSTOMER SERVICES from the MILFORD MASS OFFICE. There is no waiting as your questions are answered quickly and if you were to leave a message, the reply would come the same day with in HOURS sometimes within minutes. Yes it took me a while to realize that they weren't as expensive as I thought. The truth is YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, and as a happy customers I would refer anyone to them. Just give it a try if you don't like to wait after an ACCIDENT or any other CLAIMS, see for yourself a quick RESPONSE unmatched by others OUT THERE.

My old agent stopped dealing with Allstate so my home and auto insurance ended up getting separated. Normally I would notice this and adjust quicker but we had the same agent for a while and I didn't put two and two together. I received an email from Christina on my secondary email telling me how she could save me money. Didn't even realize she was the one that had inherited my home insurance so I ignored the email. Got another email and figured I'd check it out. Reached out to her and got the explanation of how my agent stopped carrying Allstate and at that point my home owners insurance got shopped to the closest agent. She asked if she could price out a plan for me and figuring how high my car insurance was I figured I had nothing to lose. I had just shopped and no one else could go lower after trying probabaly 5 or 6 other agents. I then traced things back to the break and realized both insurance had gone up since they were no longer being bundled. Again, thought nothing of it because my original agent had changed my car so I just accepted that was the best price. We had also submitted a claim on our homeowners the year before so I assumed the increase on that was related. Boy was I wrong!!! Christina sent me her proposal and I instantly thought she was scamming me. It was almost half of what I was paying! Went in and met her in person to go over things and not only was I able to lower my car insurance by over $1500, we went back over my homeowners and lowered that by another several hundred! Christina was professional, intelligent and friendly. I feel good about having a local agent that I can visit and put a face to the name. And who doesn't like to save money?! And I was even able to upgrade to the highest coverage so I have every discount you could ask for. You are truly "in good hands with Allstate"! If only everyone did business like that. I'm sure other agents would look at what I was paying and even if they could save me that much it would have come in much higher and I still would have thought I was winning. Keep your eyes open! And go visit Christina!

Christina always does a great job at ensuring I have all my insurance needs covered. She is always there when I have a question or need assistance.
