I recently called Kaplansky to look for some discounts on my car insurance. I was connected with Jocelyn who was very helpful finding me all the ways I could save. She also suggested I add on apartment insurance which I have been meaning to do. We communicated primarily through email and everything was done in less than 24 hrs. Take your time and find a better insurance that will actually take the time to help you. Customer service is horrible, the representative was rude and insensitive. Getting any paperwork from them is like pulling teeth. They wont even take the time to send you an email. Find a better company with better service. If you like to be treated horribly and have rude customer service this is the company for you.
