Called this guy to replace a second floor toilet for me , he came over looked at the bathroom, told me to go on kohler website , choose a toilet call him back with model number and he will order it.in the meanwhile he asked me to enlarge a hole in the first floor ceiling So he can get to the toilet easily, that was exactly what I did , then waited for a good month. He Never got back to me. Very professional of you Leo.
