Called Mr. Brockelman today because my water softner system wasn't kicking on. He'd serviced my home before and remembered the system. I explained the issue and he suggested that my discharge line was frozen. He suggested using a hair dryer on the line, which I did (and also used hot water on the outside where my discharge line drains). Sure enough, the system kicked on. I highly recommend him based on the previous work he's done and the fact that he helped today at no charge. Will continue to use him in the future.
