Dealership is closing but didn't let its customers know. I came for my service and they could only do an oil change. Couldn't even look at an issue I was having. Terrible way to handle shutting down a business. Owners should be embarrassed.

I'm SO done with York Kia. They cannot fix a ripped paper bag. Why? Check Engine light, 02 Sensor. Same issue for 3+ years. I spent over $2200.00 to have this fixed, filed a complaint with Kia Corp all to no avail. Each time they look at my car it cost 140.00 for diagnostic fee. The straw that broke this camels back was of month ago, at another $350.00 to attempt to fix my check engine light and 02 Sensor. 6 days later check engine light back on. I just traded my 07 Kia Optima with only 45,234 miles today, April 20, 2018 for a Ford Escape. Thank God I wont have to do business with a bunch of incompetent mechanics, if thats what you call them. Way too frustrating.

Less than 37000 miles on my car.I take it in for air conditioning not working. Tjry said ir would be covered. I had an appt
At 9 waited to get in till 1030
All it neede was Freon which wirh only low miles i dont know. But 45 minutes later i got charged 165$ in labor 20$ charge for garage.20$ tax. Thank u they r closing.!!!!.i

Tried to drop off my car for service. Made an appointment for Wed to drop off the car. Called back two days later to ask the status and was told they "fell behind" and couldn't lookat the car until Monday. A full 5 days after I made the appointment. I was shocked, they were incredibly unsympathetic and rude on the phone. So much so that I cancelled my service and left this review. Do not go here expecting service.
