First time in a long time I've been to a dealership where I didn't feel like the service department was overpriced or trying to rush me out the door. Setting up my appointment online was very easy and when I put my VIN number in it even set me up for a recalls and special service campaigns to be performed while I was getting my maintenance work done.
I even mentioned a recall I found online and told them about some codes I had in the computer and they didn't even charge me for a diagnosis since I had the information available to them. Just outstanding! They listen to what I had to say and completed all the tasks as I asked.
The service writer Tyler that I worked with was very professional and well-trained. As I waited for the vehicle to be serviced, they showed me to the waiting area, explained the amenities available and even offered me a shuttle service. Just an outstanding experience from start the ending. Makes me want to seriously consider a Kia from Ron Bouchard so are you for my next buying opportunity.
Last time I went to a service department to have a key made up at a dealer near Boston who, let's just say has a chamber of Herbs took three visits and holding the car for a month after they fried my BCM and charged me for it as well. Had to pay close to $1,000 for a key fob to be copied. Never again. NOT this kind of experience at Ron Bouchard Kia!

Had an issue with my car right before the holiday weekend. I called Ron Bouchard Kia service center and they took me right in and fixed the issue!! I now have my car for the weekend!! Awesome customer service

Great experience with Brian in Sales. Super easy to work with, zero pressure, and really listened to what we needed. Finance was also easy to work with & had clear communication. This is our first Kia and we are looking forward to seeing how it performs. Id happily buy another car through Ron Bouchard auto sales.
