I did talk with the on-site management, and despite numerous appeals, their response consistently reiterated, "We are doing everything we can" without demonstrating a comprehensive effort or an enhanced strategy to address the persistent issue. With a few months left on the lease, they have no concern for the well being or the satisfaction of their residents.

Contracts a predatory towing company, Christopher's Towing, to take any car that's missing a parking sticker or which is not street legal for any reason. There is no warning and no way of knowing where your car has gone.

Princeton properties does not care about its tenants. Weve had countless problems since moving in here from the dishwasher to the door of the building not being able to open from the inside to the laundry shrinking all of my families clothes to the leasing office implementing a 5 dollar a day visiter parking rule a month after I signed my lease. Maintenance is careless and do not care as the same issues are reoccurring and they fix it for the short term rather than fixing it properly. Everyone in the leasing office does not care they lie and wont do anything to help you the just want to collect a paycheck. The first couple of months of living there I came across cockroaches in the hallways in which took several months to be taken care of and resolved. I would shy anyone from moving in here as the stress is not worth it.

I have been living here for 7 months and the staff here has been nothing but fantastic! Very friendly and able to answer any questions. When I put a work order in for a maintenance request they responded to it within the hour! Want to shoutout Justin for being amazingly helpful and very professional!
