Unfortunately management does not take accountability for issues with the spaces they sell. Leaking roofs and water damage should not be something that you leave a tenant high and dry with. Do better!

I've been a resident here for more than two years, consistently experiencing unpleasant interactions with the leasing office, especially with De----. Her rude demeanor and mean looks make every visit stressful. Numerous instances of her hostile behavior have made me feel undervalued and disrespected. These hostile attitudes I've encountered have led me to seriously contemplate moving; dealing with unhelpful and unwelcoming behavior from the leasing office staff is disheartening. In addition to the staff issues, the washing machine in the property is very poor. I've had to use it multiple times for clean laundry, which is not only inconvenient but also costly in terms of time and money. Furthermore, the washing machine has broken down many times, adding to the overall frustration of living here. Maintenance requests, especially for minor issues, are often ignored or dismissed. This has led me to give up on requesting any services unless it is a significant issue. Encountering both rude and unprofessional staff and subpar appliances in the same living space is disappointing.

I moved out of boott mills and received didnt receive full deposit back. $2000 was deducted. I emailed and asked for the reasoning but did not get a response. No furniture was left in the apartment and I cleaned before moving out. Its quite inconvenient living at boott mills because of the parking situation. Garage parking is okay but you need to cross the traffic. Surface lot parking is a little more expensive because it is closer to the apartments but doesnt mean its better. The lot could be full and problem with bird droppings. One time someone parking there was running after a woman saying she was trying to break into the car. The AC doesnt work too well and it gets really hot in the summer. The hallway could be cooler than my apartment. Many neighbors complained about unreasonable increase in rent ( I didnt) but I heard it went up at least a couple of hundreds per month. The fire alarm goes off way too many times at inconvenient times (midnight). Pets pee in hallways and it reeks . Their owners dont even bother spraying anything over it and the smell would linger for days. Debbie who works at the leasing office is super nice and understanding. She is responsive and helpful. But overall my experience at boott mills wasnt all too pleasant.

Apartment complex is clean, spacious, scenic, historical and renovated. Residents are professionals, educated, diverse and respectful. Appliances are new and good quality. Management is approachable, professional and helpful. Best part is cleaning, you won't find dirt in hallways, lobby and even trash chute is cleaned several times a day. Prices are reasonable as compared to Boston and neighboring towns. Apartment is few steps from covered parking which is managed by city of Lowell and has two basement levels (I parked my car all winter in basement and car temperature was 25-30 F when outside was -20F). Roads in Lowell are not great as in most of Mass, traffic can get crazy when driving to Boston but this complex offers 2 times bigger apartment than what Boston offers in same price (which I believe outweighs distance). If someone is fond of history, then at few steps there are historical museums with super cheap tickets. I found this part of Lowell downtown safe and walkable with few stores at 5 minutes' walk and market basket 15 minutes' walk or 3-5 minutes' drive. Residents can get better grocery than Boston residents from Walmart and Cosco which are not far from here.
