5 men arrived on time for electrical wire replacement from basement to the third floor including heavy lifting work for small space behind my dryer. Hard workers completed job and cleaned before they leave. Thank you for great work.

One of our baseboard heaters had stopped turning on right as January's bitter cold started settling in as the new norm. I reached out to H.O. Electric through the number on their website. I was able to book an appointment the very next day. Dan and Howard reached out almost immediately upon my request being submitted to get some clarity on what our issue was in order to be properly equipped. They were very upfront about their process, dispatch fees, and requirements for landlord involvement in any agreements on work to be done. They reached out ahead of our appointment to see if they could arrive early without disrupting my day. Upon arrival they began a thorough analysis of our breaker board and heating situation and explained each of their findings to me as they went through it, including identifying, correcting and labeling some mis-named breakers, and in the end replacing some problematic ones and re-balancing inbound wiring. They spoke with my landlord on 2 occasions while here to be sure all parties were aligned on the work to be done and costs. Overall I found the transparency to be commendable and their demeanor to be polite and considerate of my home. In a single visit, my heat's now fully operational and I have a stronger understanding of my unit's electrical systems. Thanks Dan and Howard!

My shower had two issues: the light was out and the drain was clogged. Thankfully, HO Electric could help me with both issues. The technicians were extremely respectful and it was easy to book with them. They gave me a 2 hour window, unlike most places that give a wider range, so I didn't have to take much time off of work. I would highly recommend them.
