Neal the Handyman

Neal installed a new yard lamp for us. Great work, fair price, we are totally satisfied and will defunitrly call him for all future project .

I hired Neal to do some simple ceiling drywall repair. After confirming and re-confirming the appointment two days before, one day before, and at 8:15 am before the 10:30 am on the day of the appointment, he canceled with no reason, failed to call, or leave any message other than an email stating "I can't do it today". This was after I rented a truck to purchase and transport the insulation and drywall to the job site for Neal to make his job easier. After I saw his email, I asked him to call me back, and he refused. He never apologized for his failure to arrive for a three-time confirmed appointment. And when I called him later in the day and actually got him on the phone, he was belligerent, unapologetic, swearing, and hung up the phone on me. I could never recommend him for ANY job with this type of unprofessional, irresponsible, and disrespectful behavior. Service: Drywall installation
