An hour later, the delivery guy calls; he's lost (and largely unintelligible). There are explicit directions on the order, but he didn't read them. Another 20 minutes - called the restaurant "he's almost there". ANOTHER 20 minutes - called GrubHub who tries to intervene. THEY get the story that the driver had a breakdown... it'll be another 20-30 minutes. SAME driver (who apparently has a second car) calls again - STILL lost (but if he went back to the restaurant, wouldn't he have looked at the directions THEN?)...
Restaurant cancels the order claiming it's "not worth it".
Bear in mind they LIED to one of their corporate partners (GrubHub) about the car breakdown. You have to wonder what else they'd lie about to their customers!
