Horrible customer service. Never again! Ordered a lg chix finger sub and it came with 4 chix fingers thrown on there, and when i called they argued me to death about it. Worse service ever!

I used to order from this place 4-5 years ago when I worked in North Andover, I was a huge fan of the grilled chicken combo subs.
I ended up moving jobs and there are tons of pizza places closer to where I live so it had been about 4 years since I last ordered from here.
I decided to use the Slice online ordering system which had an option to do a cheese calzone with your choice of 4 free toppings.
Not only did the online order take over 80 minutes to arrive, the calzone came as plain cheese with no toppings at all.
The chicken combo was bland, had hardly any cheese and the food was all cold. They are only 2.5 miles from me so it shouldn't have been a big deal.
I called to fix this, I even offered to pay some extra money towards a new calzone and they refused unless I paid $17 to make a new one. They wouldn't even look at the Slice order page to see that there is an option for 4 free toppings to see the problem.
I'm not sure if this place changed management since I last ordered but it sucks now, I wouldn't recommend it.
