        My husband and I had appointments to get COVID testing. When we arrived? Window was closed. We waited for 20 minutes. Different staff members appeared to say they were going to inquire. Eventually, told us they had no one to do testing. From other reviews, it looks like this is a pattern. Why do they give you the ability to schedule? Very disrespectful and disorganized.

        These five stars arent necessarily for the company as whole but for one certain pharmacy tech.Adriana is a tech over there is is by far the most amazing tech I have come across in the pharmacy world and as a human too. They constantly made me feel welcome and no judgement when it came to my situation and what I was there for! Walgreens are losing their best employee and its cause of the lack of respect corporate companies have for their individuals who run their day to day business! So thank you Adriana for all you have done and good luck on your new adventure!With Your small gestures and smiling personality . You have made a difference in my life ! I hope you see this .

        Honestly the worst pharmacy ever. They frequently run out of medicine and patients are left without meds, hold times are ridiculous. I would honestly rather go anywhere else

        Avoid pharmacy! I wish I would have looked at reviews before scheduling my COVID test here. I arrived at my appt time to be informed that they were unable to conduct any tests because they were short on staff, yet staff were administering vaccines and filling scripts. They were unable to reschedule me for a different appt time and were out of stock on rapid tests. I told them that I understood they were short staffed and would have appreciated it if they cancelled the COVID appts so I would have gotten an alert ahead of time rather than driving all the way there to be denied my test. I was told they were not willing to cancel appts in the system because that would take time away from people in line. Very disorganized.
