Careless, makes you wait in the doctors room for like an hour before speaking to your doctor. Was sick once and the nurse complained and said I was giving her too much work lol and she wasnt joking bc she kept repeating it. Anyways, I went to my doctor because Ive had a sore throat for a few weeks and my doctor didnt even check my throat and told me to take cough medicine and to go back if it worsens, I literally had thyroid cancer, she didnt even check the lump on my neck but passed it off as a sore throat.

An absolute joke of a medical facility. They DO NOT EVER answer the phone. Everything is done through their "patient portal". I was told my insurance was in network with PMA...but after I questioned my bill for lab work, now they tell me they don't take my insurance for their labs. Told me and I am quoting: "there is nothing they can or need to do on their end". On another occasion this year I went in for my annual appointment. I did the check in and everything online through their portal, took time off work, drove a half hour just to wait in line for the receptionist to tell me they cancelled my appointment because the doctor wasn't in today. They said someone tried calling me but I looked through my phone on the spot and had no record of anyone calling me from PMA (no voicemail no phone log), but was still turned away and had to reschedule. Absolutely ridiculous. I've been going here since I was a child but after all this I'm done and will be finding a new doctor in a new office. Don't come here looking for or expecting "care".

If I could give it a 0 star I would They are the rudest, most ignorant Medical building You can't ask them nothing without them saying you're screaming at them. They don't wanna do their job. They don't know nothing when you give them the right information. And they send you chasing your tail. If I was the district manager of that building. I would fire the entire crew doctors especially. They make you Chase your tail and don't tell you what you really need to give them in order. To be keen, I would rather die than be seen by someone at P. M. A How they still have their jobs is a miracle of God.

Not happy at the way Im treated half the time, I really need to find a new doctors office, never get to see my primary doctor always put with a np or pa. I dont recommend! Also cant talk to anyone on the phone if you do, you will just get hung up on, happened a lot of times, they always book appointments for me without even asking if any day or time works for me, then get upset because I canceled the appointment because Im not available.
