Holy Family Hospital – Haverhill

Every experience here is a bad experience. Wont be much of a loss if it shut down. Went here for pain that Ive been experiencing in my leg for two weeks and the doctor was rude, condescending, kept making jokes. He told me that I would be having to have more testing done and to see a leg surgeon then denied saying that when I asked him about it at the time of discharge. My mom was there and even heard him. I told him it was no problem, I was just confused because thats what he said then he proceeded to talk to me like I was stupid. Id rather walk to Lawrence General with my painful leg than go step foot into this hospital. Also, they had me waiting for nothing knowing that I was done, they already did the x ray and gave me an injection but had me wait an hour for nothing lol only to give me discharge papers

My wife was pregnant, went into the er. The doctor didn't even do any tests ,waited 5 hours and the Doctor, mind you this guy is an er doctor, tells my wife and I, it's a miscarriage. We needed a second opinion, we to another er, and it wasnt a miscarriage I can say I've meet a retarded doctor now and he works in the ER at holy family

Waiting for lab work over 20 minutes now!! So ridiculous. No one here. Last time I waited over an hour. Not this time. Im leaving and going to PMA where you almost never wait more than 5 minutes!!!!

Hands down THE worst hospital I have ever been to!!! I would put zero stars if I could. Doctors and nurses are extremely rude and unprofessional. Not to mention absolutely incompetent! One time I had to get stitches and the doctor didn't even clean the wound/dress it or give antibiotics at all then a few days later got an awful infection because it wasn't properly cleaned and bandaged up. I could go on and on that's only one story. Long story short this place should be SHUT DOWN. This is where you go if you want to die or lose a limb. Oh and if you're an addict or have mental health issues you will be treated differently and discriminated against, fact. Joke of a hospital!
