I had one pretty good experience with this repairman a few years ago, so I called him again when our dishwasher went on the fritz. When I described the symptoms to him over the phone, he immediately responded that the entire control panel would need to be replaced, and it would cost about 500 bucks. Completely sight unseen. I turned that offer down, and am so glad I called another local independent repairman who came to the house, troubleshot the problem, fixed it (replacing a very small, inexpensive part), and charged about 1/3 of what this guy was going to charge. Also, as it turned out, replacing the control panel would not have even fixed the problem! Can you imagine how annoying that would have been?

Scott came on time. He was thorough and professional. He cleaned up whatever mess there was. He was very nice and knowledgeable. Quick and painless. I highly recommend using him.
