    I have a new Maytag washer I had called 2 orther appliance repair company s and know one could fit it call Michael he fixed it in the same day so happy 😊 thanks Michael you save my day all for a $129.95 your the best!

    Called Michaels for repair to a washing machine and he set up a same day appointment and never showed up. Discussed $130 service fee to come look at appliance and then parts may cost more. I was agreeable to his charges. Although he may try to say it was not him and there is another Mikes appliance, the other Mike's appliance is closed for the winter. He really needs to be more accountable to his customers who take time off to be present for services. I would go down the street to Greg's.

    We actually had our refrigerator repaired 2+ years ago. We had a problem with it that no one would touch! When ever it happened we'd have to unplug it, wait a day for it to defrost and then plug it back in. Although this worked as you can imagine it was a Giant problem. Mike came out and knew right away what the problem was, ordered the piece and had to almost dismantle the refrigerator to install the part that the manufacturer hadn't and put it back together!! We have not had a problem since. That's why over 2 years later, and not a single problem I am writing this review because I was so impressed! Thanks Mike. Service: Refrigerator repair

    He came and fixed my refrigerator without any hassles or headaches for a fair price!Couldnt be happier with the service.2 weeks went by and the fridge died again.called back left message and no return call.I had another company come out and replace the used fan that Michael put in for $300.

    Worst company!! Had my dryer diagnosed back on November 17th. Paid in full for repair and check was cashed next day no problem. Then we go weeks without repair happening. Part on backorder, not answering or returning calls, etc. finally last week the guy comes to repair and another part is needed. If he had properly diagnosed the issue we wouldve known this in the first place. So another week goes by waiting for another part. Finally he comes and refuses to fix until we write another check!! We say absolutely not, as we paid a diagnostic fee and its not our fault that he did not diagnose it in the first place. So here we area month later, $244 lost and no dryer STILL. Absolutely absurd.
