I had an appt. to visit this location where I had had a fine experience previously - today at the door I said I would like to discuss a few matters and handle the bill. The place had many areas to sit but only a few had a customer service person. The woman at the front at the entrance at a desk there said she could help me right there. I said I would like to take care of a private matter not near the entrance but that anywhere else would do. She persisted to say she could handle what is needed right there. Lovely but did not want to air a personal matter as customers arrived and left by being in the area in the store closet to the entrance. When she refused to offer an alternative location as I was willing to wait and said so, I asked to speak with the manager who came to the front looked up my account and the manager too said right there would be the sole option. It can take an hour or more (often minimally an hour) to speak with a live person when you call Comcast for anything so you decide to go to a store to be face to face and hope that whatever matter is resolved. I will try this store again but if I have a similar experience I would like to reach out to the corporate level of this company to see why a customer must get help near the entrance/exit as the sole option. I said to the manager none of this would be something to discuss like we are right now in front of other customers - seems abnormal. I should have taken the manager's offer when I asked if I might speak with her in private in that she said we would have to stand - fine - just not near the door. It was not typical of Comcast - and I do not know if these people are new but certainly not a way to treat any customer. Terrence Brown, Newton, MA Used to go the Dedham store at Legacy Place but drove there and they recently closed. Oh, I would like to add that i saw the blonde woman who had helped me in that past and wanted to wait to see her - not an option - as she was gracious and a fine experience - a 10 - if only the manager and person at the door were more like her - would be lovely. We all need to learn at new jobs so I do understand. I grew angry, swore, and left. But, in hindsight, I should have asked the two women - what is you were shopping for a dress and were to discuss size and style - would you not want to be served away from the entrance so that all who enter and leave have zero need to know you business? I am not one to hold a grudge but I think it was that I was truly shocked. If I had not been there in person, I do not believe I would think this happened.

I have been there 2 times The first time was horrible experience With an angry lady. Today I went Catherine Higgins Was the woman I seen if there was 10 stars I'd give her 10 stars. She was so nice I am quite sure a different company will probably try to employ her And steal her from Comcast She should actually be the face of your hospitality department for the whole country

Had to argue with 4 different people about service tech canceling appointment. I had a downed wire from a storm and they argued that their wire was fine and the router just needed to be reset. (Wire was laying on the sidewalk in front of my house) customer service is a joke to them. If you enjoy listening to automated systems this is the perfect service for you. Otherwise go somewhere else. Save yourself the aggravation and never contact xfinity for service. I would give negative stars if possible. -customer of 7 years of agony
