      image I witnessed an employee at the Burlington Mass location (next to Kings bowling) literally shut & lock the door on an elderly veteran that was trying to pay his bill. It was exactly 6:59pm Sat March 30th. Absolutely disgusting. There were 3 employees there. Shameful.

      image Horrible experience with the manager of this store. I had questions about my bill and the internet speed I was getting. The technician that came to my house suggested I go to the store to resolve my concerns. The manager was extremely rude to me, talking down and disrespectful to me. I am furious about it. I'm a Diamond customer, have been a customer for over 20 years and paid many thousands of dollars to Comcast over the years. It was extremely unprofessional for her to deal with me in such manner. I'll never upgrade or extend my service with Comcast because of this unprofessional person who represents the company. It's really a shame because Comcast used to have impeccable customer service, which is why I've been with them so long, until they started automating it.
