Didn't recognize their own product, tried selling me something I didn't want, threw in something for free so I guess we are even. I have a Pixel phone that is a USC. When I bought my phone I also bought an additional charger so that I wouldn't have to be moving my charger all over the house and risk losing it when traveling. The additional charger was a Verizon product and stamped with their name in the plastic for all to see. Brick has an USC port, cable is USC on both ends. Worked great, long cable LOVED it. Then I went and stepped on the USC end that I plug into my phone and broke it. No more charging for me ;(. I went to the Verizon store to get a new cable (as the brick was fine) and hit a major wall. The staff stated that they did not sell, and had never sold my charger. They stated that I couldn't possibly have a brick that was USC and a USC to USC cable sold after market. Really what I needed was a USB to USC, I just didn't know it. I refused to pay for a new brick because I knew I didn't need one. I was refusing to buy the USB to USC cable until they threw in a free brick. I did check the return policy because I wasn't going to keep a cable I couldn't use or that didn't match itself (I'm kinda weird that way, cables and bricks should match each other and these didn't). Purchase made. Come home to find that YES my charger was exactly as described, and they were just trying to see me something for the commission. I will be returning my cable and free brick to the store. $30 is $30.

Paul, Johnny and Mandy were great. I wasn't sure how to go about fixing my phone issues. They asked some questions and looked at my phone and quickly diagnosed the issues. They fixed them in about 2 minutes and helped me look at various plans that were newer than mine and I found one that was better suited to my needs and actually saved a few dollars. I'm not very technical and their approach made the whole experience very comfortable. I'd go back again in a heartbeat.
