I had made a order to be delivered to my girlfriend. I gave specific directions to where at residence to bring it and who to ask for. After waiting all day, a neighbor came home and found my girlfriends gift on his porch, with no name or information on it. So he opened it and found name tag showing inward instead of out. He brought gift upstairs to my girlfriend. So no matter what you write for how you want it delivered, the delivery driver does what they want to do. I called and made a complaint and the person that answered said the driver left it with a neighbor. Which he wasn't home at time of delivery. So I don't understand why it was left on his porch and not delivered to my girlfriend who was home and if she wasn't there was someone at home all day. Why did the driver not deliver to 2nd floor porch as requested. Your words do not matter on how you want the product delivered. After being a customer for many years. I'll go somewhere else for my business. And in there delivery policy they can't leave it with a neighbor UNLESS you request it. Which it wasn't requested, they did leave on porch when neighbor was not home.

Scheduled a delivery for Mothers Day (yesterday) with a $15 delivery fee and the recipient was home almost all day and they apparently tried to deliver sometime after 5 but the recipient had just left. So I called this morning to straighten it out and was told by an employee they would add in a half dozen chocolate covered strawberries for the inconvenience and then never did. Would have been free delivery if I scheduled it originally for today though. So, they were happy to take my money and had no problems lying to me just so I'd stop complaining. Don't waste your money here.

Absolutely amazing service. I called in for a same day delivery, it was a few towns away so I wasn't sure they could accommodate that. They let me know that the delivery driver for that area has already left, but she took the time to ask the occasion and I let her know it was for a special veteran on veterans day. With out hesitation she told me she would make the same day delivery! I was so Thankful! She really went above and beyond, even better my arrangement made it with in a couple hours and my veteran was so grateful!!! Thank you so much
