Order my platter for Sunday a week in advance... 1245 came around nothing called the store to be told they don't deliver to my area on Sunday. No call nothing. Manager guaranteed it would be Monday after 4 when I got home... delivered early. They didn't have anything helpful. Said the driver called and never did... I miss Spencer's location!

I ordered same day as they advertised, put a note on the order to please deliver by a certain time, when that time arrived she had not gotten anything so I called 3 to 4 times and no one would pick up so I called another store and they even tried calling and no answer so it finally arrives when my wife finished work and had all ready left so now I have no idea where my order is, if someone has taken it, and I won't know till tomorrow.. 70 dollars with 25 dollar delivery charge I wish I never spent. Stay away from the wilbraham location

My sister bought me a "Fresh Fruit Box". Well, they didn't have a box, so it was not done in a very nice presentation. They told my sister when she called, and they said that they ran out of boxes, so they presented it in an edible arrangement cooler bag. Well, it was just thrown all over the bag, the fruit was not very nice looking either. My sister said she could have done a better job, and I know that to be true. The bananas were bruised and ripe, strawberries were big but soft, and the oranges looked like they were old, the green grapes were turning brown, and they were a very small vine. They were just all thrown in the bag with a large pineapple. It's not worth the price. Don't recommend the fresh fruit boxes. It was very disappointing and the customer service was rude she called . Do not recommend this location.
