This company is a complete joke!! I do not recommend using this company at all. Larry kept running late. Once here he guessed where the issue in my sewage was but couldn’t mark it on the street. He even got upset when i asked him where on the street has to be dug so that a excavation contractor could come in and fix the issue, so i had to call another plumber to come and locate and mark the spot … at the end Larry collected a check and couldn’t even provide me with a receipt(We verbally agreed to have a receipt emailed to me). After days of calling him and basically goin back and forth begging him for a receipt for my records this guy basically told me to forget bout it that i wasn’t getting one.To leave him alone.This was very unprofessional no one should have to beg for a receipt after handing over a check of $500. I even tried calling their office and their line goes straight to voicemail i don’t even think they have a office. AGAIN I DO NOT RECOMMEND dealing any type of business with Larry or Just Drain Company...Lucky they get 1 star …If i could give them 0 stars i would!!

Larry was absolutely fantastic. He not only monitored a problem we were having, but didn’t leave until the problem was solved and didn’t over charge us at all. He was very fair in pricing and was patient explaining the problem. we will definitely only go to Larry now when we have any issues. We are so grateful!

They came the same day that I called. Larry was prompt, did good work, and was very nice. Cost seemed very reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

Larry was professional, informative and a very pleasant. He had the drain fixed in less than a half hour. I would definitely recommend Just Drains. Thanks again.
