Received a return call from some rude lady to schedule a heating service. Worst attitude like they're the only plumbing company in MA. I'd rather not deal with that.

I've now used Consolidated Plumbing and Heating twice, both times they were exceptionally helpful and quick to respond.   The first time, our repair was handled the next day and done cleanly and professionally.  The second time, they helped me diagnose over the phone and were above and beyond helpful.  I will not hesitate to call again!

I never post reviews, but we've worked with Mitch over the years and he's just fantastic. He truly cares about his customers. He helped us recently with a stubborn boiler issue and was so very responsive and knowledgeable and generous with his time to make sure that we were taken care of. If Mitch isn't confident he can help you, he'll recommend other options. I can't recommend Mitch and Consolidated highly enough.
