I found a purse I thought was great. Tried it on in the mirror. When I went to purchase, the saleswoman offered to get a "new" one that had not been on the floor. Well that sounds nice. So I agree. I did not inspect the purse, but rather assumed it was new and in good condition.
When I got home, the purse was dented and had a tag inside where the price listed was $50 *less* than I paid. I think it was a used/returned bag perhaps purchased during an earlier sale.
I was so mad at the bait and switch. I give 2 stars instead of 1 as they did take the bag back for a return. But I would never trust this Michal Kors store again.

Small but reasonably clean. Salesgirls are incompetent but with an attitude, which would be OK, even expected, from a designer boutique. But this is Michael Kors store so I think they are overdoing it.
