        I typically wouldn't leave reviews for stores, but my experience at the Patagonia store in Harvard Square, Cambridge, was exceptional! I brought in my ripped jacket for repair, knowing that Patagonia offers free repairs, but the salesman truly went above and beyond to help me out. His assistance and expertise made the process seamless and hassle-free. It's evident that customer satisfaction is a top priority at this store. I highly recommend Patagonia to anyone in need of outdoor gear, not just for their high-quality products but also for their outstanding customer service.
