LF Stores

STAY AWAY horrible 'business' !! Ordered several items on line. Package arrived with one of the items missing. Contacted customer 4 or 5 times. Still waiting to hear back whether they will send out the item I was charged for and didn't receive, or refund my money.  Save your time and money. Quality leaves much to be desired.

The only time I ever come to LF is when they are having the annual sale. Comparing LF Boston and LF Harvard you should definitely go to LF Harvard without question. These girls keep the store super organized which makes it easy to look and buy. The LF in Boston is a disaster! piles of clothes everywhere. This one is super clean, organized, and they are very friendly. If you need a size the will help. So come to this one! LF during the sale can get a little hectic, but just be patient.

LOVE THIS STORE!!! The style of the clothing sold at LF lends itself to influence the organization of the store, in the sense that all the clothes are laid out on tables for you in a sort of "messy" way. I must admit, this store is more organized than the Newbury St location in Boston. It is VERY easy to find clothing and construct cute outfits here. The clothing sold here is fashion forward and has a tint of European touch in my opinion. The customer service is great! When I walked in, an employee greeted me and asked me questions about myself, what style in particular I was looking for. Then, she asked me if she could style me and I said of course, so she organized an fitting room for clothing that she thought met the demands for my style. The employees were all eager to help and when I didn't like something, they would bring in something new for me to try. When I asked her to save the romper for me, she did and I purchased it on my return the following day. Great clothing, great customer treatment, wonderful experience;)

I have spent thousands of dollars at LF stores over the years. Since moving closer to the Harvard area, I have frequented this location more often. This past sale, I have stopped by a few times and purchased items (on sale, though still not cheap). Today, I was planning to make a hefty purchase. A woman kindly took my items in the dressing room presumably to count them and then led me in. She even kindly and quickly grabbed me another pair of jeans in a different size when asked. When I decided on what I was going to purchase (about $400 worth of merchandise), I was aggressively approached by 2 employees and accused of stealing. They stated that the amount of items I left the dressing room with did not match the amount I went in with. Shocked by this accusation, I offered them to search my bag as well as my person which they dismissed, insisting that since the count was incorrect, I must have stolen. The "security" guard on duty did not say a word and we all kind of stood there awkwardly, as I obviously hadn't stolen anything. Needless to say I did not purchase anything, and an employee told me to "never come back".
