Arcadian Hotel Brookline

This is the worst hotel I have stayed at in all my life (and I've stayed lots of places). There is absolutely no hospitality right down to the fact that you can't call the front desk with issues. I had to walk down to report that the two thermostats in my suite were malfunctioning and my room was 64 degrees on a chilli night. The front desk seemed unsurprised, explained they had no maintenance service. I also inquired if I could purchase an advil and they have no nothing. There parking is ridiculous. Their are no glasses in the room. If you want to stay in a square cubicle with absolutely no service, no heat, (and no lights btw) stay here. I'm literally in the most expensive room they offer.

Very disappointed in my stay here. Would never come back. Yes, its nice and they are trying. We checked in at 12, no early check-in was available, so they said come back at 3:30, came back and still not ready. We didn't get into our room until 5pm. Almost missed our show we were here to see because we were unable to get ready. There is no lounge and bar, they don't even have a liquor license yet. You shouldn't advertise that when it isnt actually here. Our toilet didn't work right, no one came to replenish towels the next day when we were staying multiple days. Rooms mediocre. Would definitely not stay again or recommend this hotel. Extremely disappointed.

I tried to reserve a room through vrbo for this hotel and although vrbo showed a great price and indicated that i could reserve for one night, both vrbo and Sonder, the property manager refused to let me book at the vrbo price for one night. I spent two hours on this and spoke to both organizations 3 times and i finally gave up on booking. Just awful customer service from both vrbo and Sonder.
