Hilton Garden Inn Boston Brookline

First, my work phone got stolen by Valet Driver. Manager said he would call me to let me know, and I am still waiting for his call. My company booked a king size room, and I got a double bed room. In addition, the Keurig coffee machine did not work, so they had to change it. The location is within walking distance of TH Chan Harvard University campus. Safety: Very safe area

The following are facts. The smoke detector flashes bright green every 30 seconds or so at night. This makes falling asleep hard and will wake you up. The front desk says it is normal. That is debatable. The front desk agent was rude. No explanation is offered. I asked for my free water as an honor member but the agent told me in a rude tone no you can buy it - not the best customer service experience.

Dwayne was very fake seamed nice was way over the top. Was waiting to get car and as soon as guest walked away him and Steve his coworker was making fun of guest being rude right in front of us. I called to ask about water cause my wife needed to take her pills I asked where they were he said by coffee maker where not there and he said he said they put in every room and hung up. My wife comes to boston at least twice a month for treatment so we have stayed in hotels 2 to 4 times a month and this is by far the worst hotel we have been in. I called to talked to hotel manager didn't feel he cared much either awful staff.
