Perhaps the most negligent, incompetent, & dishonest contractor on Cape Cod. This contractor absolutely did not follow a set of detailed construction plans. He did not oversee his subcontractors that eventually required very expensive re-do of plumbing, electrical, siding and roofing remediations. Mr. Karber, either intentionally or dishonestly, set up the construction project in the wrong order of things such that he would be paid in advance for work to be done later in a project and then made financial demands for payment when the work had not been completed. What was completed, as I have noted above, was inferior, incompetent and negligent. Run as fast as you can from this contractor. There are many good ones to be had on Cape Cod.
