        Baer Construction does great quality work and easy to communicate with if you can get him to return your call. He replaced the cedar shakes on my home in Orleans this year. I have a handful of shakes that he installed just a few months ago that started splitting and a couple recently came off. I called him a few times to see if he could send someone over to address, but he's just too busy to return calls. I understand he's probably similar to most good/quality contractors on the Cape, they are too much in demand and returning customer calls are not a priority, and their onto their next project. I would have given Brian 5-stars if he was a little more responsive. Overall, would recommend if you have patience as the final product was great.
