While the purchase of our new home was fairly easy, the selling of our former home was a bit of a challenge, is an understatement. It was a pleasure to work with Dakota on the sale of our home. She was extremely knowledgeable about the market in our town and have us sound advice on selling strategy, price, etc. She was enthusiastic about our home, which made me happy when others seemed to point out the negatives. I wanted my realtor to think my home was the best and she did! I was impressed with everything; the photography, the follow through, down to a team member of her's coming to update our smoke alarms prior to our fire inspection.

Dakota was great! She has good energy and an optimistic attituce. She's good at her work. She always responded quickly to my texts, emails and calls. My budget was limited but I'm sure she gave me the same exceptional care as she would give a wealthier buyer/seller. She recommended a mortgage broker who was also great to work with. Her team members (specifically Jay) gave the same level of excellent and friendly service. I would recommend Dakota and her team to anyone looking to buy or sell property.

Dakota and her team were extremely attentive, reliable, and were very knowledgeable about the quincy area. We actually enjoyed the process of selling our home because she created a stress free and fun environment. Even with the normal tribulations that come up when selling a house , her team was able to make it a seamless process. My husband and I would 100% recommended her.
