If I could give 0 stars I would. Predatory company trying to make a profit off of someones grief. Claiming they want to help when what they really want is to buy property off of stressed out and sad people so they can turn a profit. Unethical, unprofessional, and just straight up unkind in the name of making a buck. Then to make it even worse, the number on the bottom doesn’t bring you to the franchise that sent the letter. It brings you to a central call center that automatically reroute your call based on your location so I can’t even get a hold of this guy to tell him exactly what I think of his letter and his disgusting pitch.

It was an easy experience selling my property to homevestors. They offered me a reasonable price for the property in its condition and it was a fast closing.

I was working with Rich Marchan. He is unbelievable! He was always available for me, which made me feel good! He was with me the whole way! He is honest and I trusted him with my life. What he said in the beginning stay until even after I sold my house. He is an amazing guy! He is probably one of the biggest Assets to your company, I am sure!! Bravo Rich!!

I had a great experience buying an investment home with Eric and his team. Eric was honest, fair, and extremely responsive during the whole process. They even came back to change a water heater and fixed the bathroom for us after closing. In such a competitive housing marking nowadays, I truly believe we got a great deal. I highly recommend Eric and his team.
