If I could rate 0 stars I would. This is exactly why Uber and Lyft taking over and nobody even use this trash taxi company. My mom and I called for a taxi today and of course they love to pull we will try to find a cab and they never did. We waited a whole hour and called them back and this dispatcher was so rude by yelling at me and I immediately had to check his attitude and he immediately hung up on me. I really hope this taxi company flops hard until they go out of business they dont ever treat nor respect customers.. do yourself a favor and its way better to get Uber and Lyft.
