        I had just got done grocery shopping and needed a cab. When I called bay state taxi, I was redirected to leave a message to a totally different number.

        This is the only cab company I will call. The drivers have all been very nice and the taxi is never late with me.

        Called and made a reservation for the next day and confirmed with the operator. Taxi never showed. Called then that morning, and they said there was no reservation. Told me a cab would be there within 10 minutes and it took nearly a half hour to show up. Nearly missed my flight.
