I arrived at the pickup location after the location was moved the prior day. I had arranged to perform a remote pickup, but it wouldn't allow me to do a remote pickup because the truck was not prepared the night before. I was told that I would have to wait until opening hours to arrange the pickup. Then I met Robert, one of the employees at this location. He arrived to work early with a few of his colleagues, and when I asked them if they could help me before opening hours, Robert was the one who stepped up and helped me get the truck before opening hours. The others started to explain that I would have to wait until opening hours. Robert went above and beyond on a day that would end up being a long day, and I am grateful. He got me in the truck only a few mins after my scheduled pickup (other than the 30-45 mins that it would have been otherwise), and is a rockstar!
