I have just realised I had not posted a review for this site so apologies to the two amazing team members who helped move my sons items in May! Mike and Marko went above and beyond with their care and were so polite. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. They were just so amazing at such a stressful time. The only help they allowed me to give was to hold a door open! This was a complete contrast to the person who (shall remain nameless) dropped off last year. I very nearly did not book again but decided that as every other part of the transaction had been so good , we are an International family and up to this point I could not fault a thing especially from Andrew who had been so helpful ,this was my only decider therefore I thought I would give them one last go. I am so glad I did. Mike and Marko you are the best " Thank you." Will be booking again with Fetch for a long time to come thanks to you. The drop off this time was good too but the pick up wins hands down.

I cannot recommend Fetch enough. Their customer service was exceptional--for the storage and moving industry, and for any industry, for that matter. When I had to move my things from Fetch storage from out-of-state, Fetch went above and beyond to help me. When a problem arose with the outside moving company I had hired, Fetch bent over backward to help me. Worth every penny.

They were super helpful from start to finish, always there at the early end of the appointment window (or called that they were running ahead of schedule and see if they could come earlier, which was great), and made the whole process incredibly easy -- including carrying all of my stuff up to my third-floor walk-up upon delivery. And it was really affordable for Boston storage. Would definitely recommend.

These guys are amazing. Scheduling was no hassle, prices were a lot better than other places. Pick up was easy, they went to my room and got everything for me. Drop off was even easier; I live on the 5th floor of a building with no elevator, and they carried everything up for me (and I have a lot of stuff, I'm kind of hoarder).
Carlton and Jake are my heroes!

Excellent service, reasonable price for storage for for 1 month. Pick up and delivery is all included in the price. I had a large sectional couch that they wrapped very nicely and safely. I will be using them again in the future!
