Kristie and her team at Presidential Properties have placed excellent tenants in our apartments for more than five years now and counting. I would not use anyone else and have referred Presidential many times to other property owners. Kristie is honest, diligent, smart and the hardest working rental agent I have ever met. She has made our experience as landlords much, much better, and I am certain, whether you are a tenant or property owner, that you will be more than pleased with the level of service, commitment and attention to detail received. There is just no one better than Kristie and her team.

Some advice: next time you're not sure if someone has the financial background to live at one of your properties, try asking what my situation is. DON'T comment on my hair, clothing, or "family". Next time y'all really need to just say "white people only" so we both don't have to go back and forth with your microaggressions.

I cannot rate Presidential, specifically Erik, high enough. The horror stories you hear about Boston brokers are true, and I have enough to fill a book. Erik & Presidential have been not only extremely responsive and communicative, but theyre honest and transparent - probably the rarest and most valuable trait in a broker/age. Do whatever you can to hold out for a Presidential listing/agent. Theyre truly the best in Boston and the only ones worth your time.
