I used the Barry Group as a tenant to find an apartment in Boston, while located in DC, and during a pandemic nonetheless. My search had been incredibly stressful until I found Rebecca and the Barry Group, and I had a lease signed within a week. Rebecca was responsive, professional, informative, and patient with tons of questions I had, and I do feel their fees were very reasonable and worthwhile. She went above and beyond to help after hours and always ensure I was comfortable and knew the latest status of the unit, and also worked with a friend of mine in Boston to show the unit since I was in DC. We recently contracted Garabed to help us rent our first floor apartment. He was absolutely amazing and did so much to help us. He came and took beautiful photos and a spectacular video including walking around the area to show candidates our neighborhood. He had his own sanitizing kit to clean everything touched and brought us amazing candidates and always showed the utmost professionalism. He found us the perfect tenant. He was always available to answer any questions we had. He collected all the documentation we needed and coordinated everything we needed to successfully rent our apartment.
