This is arguably the most effective environmental nonprofit I have ever seen. I've personally visited their program locations in Honduras, Belize, and Panama. They place people at the center of their model, lifting families out of poverty while fighting climate change through regenerative agriculture. They have a dedicated field staff and inspiring leadership, all the way up to the board of directors. It's a truly incredible organization, and I recommend it wholeheartedly.

A sustainable harvest for a zoo's vulture. I worked for Charlotte Dougherty for over 2 years at Industrial Economics, Inc., (an also, of course, environmental consulting firm), and had seen her and "her boys" around years before. Charlotte knows how to get a pretty face put on carrion and that's about it - traditional work for our CIA (Charlotte's Internal Agency) and other birds of that feather. And, believe me, Charlotte excels at soaring in circles above a slaughter. If you don't mind being in an open pit grave - no need for dirt in her field, or, having a very unpleasant surprise in harvest, then Charlotte Dougherty is your ideal sustainable final solution.
