Jae (or Jay) is fantastic and goes above and beyond. Recently (12/16/19) I had a terrible experience with a rude consultant named Ferris (or Farris) He kept giving me strange and dismissive looks and was very impatient, as if he did not want to help me at all. I requested to see the price of the adjustments I was getting for my suit and he kept trying to avoid showing me. He got very testy, and I almost retaliated, but managed to keep my composure. He is the only old white man what works there.That guy is very unpleasant. From the moment I entered the store, to when I put on my coat to try it out, he kept giving me unpleasant looks. A part of me things he is racist or prejudice based on how I have seen him interact with white customers vs customers of color. It makes me not want to get alterations or order anything from this store or MW in general. A part of me thinks that he overcharged me for the alterations I got. I will double check with the other MW in Boylston St. Was told that Ferris does not work on Tuesdays and Thursdays, for those of you who have experienced his terrible attitude.

The open hours are not accurate. I was in Boston for shopping from 481 Washington St. store, despite they work hours starts at 10.30 am, they were closed at 10.50 am.......Even I tried to take attention of clerk who was in store but he looked at me and ignored............ Very disappointed

2 of the junior associates were nice and helpful despite being fairly new and still learning the ropes, however the store manager or owner was incredibly rude and unpleasant. He entirely ignored our budget and was very dismissive the entire time.
