      image Rooms very clean but very noisy. ALL outside noise is very loud (5th floor ) and next room loud and clear. They need to consider different windows etc. Rates have gone up significantly which is usual for the current economy but I'm sure makes it difficult for visitors here for medical reasons, which is a large portion of clientele. Front desk clerk in the past very helpful. This time she was very curt and gave us info that was different than website. However, the location and amenities are so convenient for patients. Overall, not bad... Just not great.
