I got Japanese hair straightening done here. The stylist overall handled my hair roughly, pulling it way too much during blow drying, towel dry and combing. My scalp got burnt twice during ironing and it felt tender and weak after the process. I've done straightening multiple times before but it never hurt this much. I appreciate that they accommodated an appointment for me on the same day but quality of service can improve significantly!!!! Service: Hairstyling
