Erica was amazing! I needed a color correction. The first thing that impressed me about this salon was the thoughtfulness in the structure, relaxed and comfortable however, purposely done in all white with specfic lighting installed for the colorist to see the nuances in shade variation with out distraction. Everything was thought of to improve their craft. Erica was professional & kind she gave me directions and stayed on the phone right up to the door with water waiting for me before I sat down. She knew exactly what to do to correct this terrible blonde shade created by another salon. My dry over-processed hair was healthier and texture was improved dramatically in one visit. The attention, excellence and ease of going to this beautiful salon was a joy. Erica's experience was evident immediately. . especially for those not born blonde. I recommend this salon highly. Extremely worth both your time in finding parking & money well spent. I can not overstate enough the confidence I have in recommending the expertise I found at Megan Graham Beauty.
