Bush Cleaners

Now that their Pru and Newbury Street locations have closed, this is no longer a reliable business. I saw signs of it during the end of their Newbury St locations run. But now it's just terrible. They lost a $98 pair of pants of mine. I was told that I had to wait 30 days before I could get a refund. I waited 30 days and nothing. The owner is just ignoring me. And I was told by one of their workers that you usually just get a credit for more services. But now I don't trust them at all and I just want reimbursement. If you live at Avalon or another apartment building or are visiting Boston, do not not trust these guys. The owner keeps their contact information hidden, service is slow and they lose things and then don't replace them.

I brought an item to be dry-cleaned. They originally lost it, and they eventually found it 2 weeks after the original due date. When I asked about their policy about late service they said they had none and told me to come back on Monday to speak to a different person if I wanted more information about that.
