        Came here for the first time, a lady named Madison told me my coat should be around $22 dollars and my total was $32. Nobody honored the pricing that was said. Wouldnt recommend. It wasnt even a proper dry cleaning job! -I am editing this review because Columbus reached out to me and refunded me the difference and apologized for the mishap. I appreciate them reaching out. Thank you

      Hello Ms. Ranjit,Thank you for your review. As per our conversation, the $22 price you were quoted is the base price for a regular wool coat. Upon detailing the coat, our CSR noticed that it was cashmere, which caused our platform to adjust the price according to the fabric. Due to the miscommunication, we honored the base price that was quoted to you . In addition, per our conversation, we are still waiting for you to let us know what was wrong with the cleaning.
