        I recently completed a transaction at this Branch and received excellent service, particularly from the teller Belkis Rodriquez. She was very kind and walked me through the entire process. I would recommend using this branch!

        Very disappointing. Consistently received incorrect information from the banker with whom I was working. Promises regarding money-hold and wire transfers was inaccurate. Specifically inquired about potential offers for the two new accounts for an individual relocating to the area. I was told there was not, only to receive in the mail an offer for $400. The banker volunteered (I did not ask) that he would contact me in two weeks. He did not follow through, nor respond to my message five weeks later. New checks were promised within ten business days; still have not received five weeks later. Rather than waiting any long, I closed both accounts.
